A whole month has passed by, a whole month since I last did a blog.
Sorry about that, I am finding as the business grows and gets busier I find I have more to say but less time to say it in. The run up to Christmas has been busier than I thought it would. Other bloggers may help get some content out to our growing following, know anyone?
Our last blog was written to tell you what’s been in our previous boxes so you got a feel for the quality of the whiskies in our monthly subscriptions. So, to do a bit of house keeping, what’s been in Novembers boxes?
On offer this month was Jameson, Knob Creek Rye, Duncan Taylors Smokin’ and Writers Tears.
All different whiskies made in different ways, but they all have their own character and reasons why they should sit on your shelf. You may have had some but not others, the important thing is there is variety here.
I’m excited so I’ll get right to it. My favourite this month was the Writers Tears. A beautiful, elegant bottle of whiskey with a beautiful taste to boot! Very smooth and easy to drink, well priced and great to share with friends. It’s won a couple of awards and at under £35, personally I think it’s a steal.
If you didn’t know about Writers Tears before, you do now. And if you found out about it for the first time in our monthly subscription, well done you!
Talking about monthly subscriptions…
2016 will go down as the year we started our little project and 2017 will go down as the year we developed our service and improved our offering to our customers and moved the business on to the next level.
However, we will only be able to do this with our customers continued support, ideas and engagement. So far, you have all been very kind and continue to be our biggest asset as a brand. Thank you.
I want to take this opportunity to wish you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. I hope 2017 is very kind to you all.
If you haven’t yet bought that perfect Christmas gift, there’s still time. Check out our 3 month subscription here.
