Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Wishky. If something isn’t right, this policy explains how returns, cancellations and refunds are handled.

Changing your mind
If you buy an item online, you normally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

After telling us that you wish to cancel, you then have 14 days to return the item.

Condition of returned items
You may inspect and handle an item in the same way you would in a shop. If an item has been used or handled more than is reasonably necessary to inspect it, we may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value where permitted by law.

Return postage
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, you may be responsible for the cost of returning it.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible. Include your order number and, where relevant, photographs of the item and packaging.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Refunds
Once a return has been received and checked, we’ll process the refund using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds are normally issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item or satisfactory evidence that it has been sent back.

Where required by law, we’ll also refund the cost of standard delivery. If you selected a more expensive delivery option, only the standard delivery amount may be refundable.

Items that may not be returnable
Certain products may be excluded from cancellation rights, for example personalised or made-to-order goods, perishable items, or sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

Any applicable exclusions will be made clear on the relevant product page where possible.

How to request a return
Please contact us through our Contact Us page before returning an item.

Include your order number and the reason for contacting us so we can provide the correct return instructions.
